General Customer Information: Harvard Design Magazine operates a small, in-house, student-run customer service department with limited resources. We therefore cannot accommodate rush orders but will do our very best to fulfill orders on a weekly – bi-weekly basis. After each order is placed, we manually generate receipts and pick and pack for shipping – all in house. Subscriptions: Subscriptions will begin with the current issue or forthcoming issue, whichever is closest to your order date. If you wish to begin with a specific issue, please specify in the comments section at check out before finalizing your order. You can also submit this request via email. Please include your order number. For those placing a renewal subscription, please check the renewal box when placing your order. If you have your customer number, this can be typed into the comments section before finalizing your order. Shipping: As noted above, we are unable to accommodate rush orders. Orders will be filled on a weekly - bi-weekly basis. Rates include first class postage and handling. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery after receiving confirmation of shipment if ordering within the United States. Please be aware that delivery of international orders will require more time. Bookstore Retailers and Subscription Agencies: Please contact the editorial office of Harvard Design Magazine directly at hdm@gsd.harvard.edu in order to acquire the appropriate discount code for purchase orders placed on our website. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS Book Orders: Please be aware that this site no longer offers the sale of GSD books. We sell the Harvard Design Magazine only. Most GSD books can be found for sale on Amazon.com.
